You may choose to decline to purchase insurance, understanding that you may lose up to 100% of total trip cost if you need to cancel or change travel plans, regardless of the reason, and some medical plans do not provide coverage outside the United States.

 

You can choose to purchase insurance through SHIPS ‘N’ TRIPS TRAVEL. Note that some provisions of travel insurance (such as coverage for pre-existing conditions) may require that insurance be purchased within a set number of days of paying the initial trip deposit. The insurance company determines claim status, and not SHIPS ‘N’ TRIPS TRAVEL.

 

 

I promise to pay TOTAL AMOUNT (together with any other charges due thereon) subject to and in accordance with the agreement governing the use of such card. The issuer of the card identified on this item is authorized to pay the amount shown as upon proper presentation. Unless a formal cancellation request has been submitted in writing by you and acknowledged by the Agency in writing, the Agency may process the Balance Due on or before the Final Payment Date without further verbal or written consent /authorization. The Total Due or Balance Due may be charged by the supplier(s) or Agency(s). Additional late booking and/or payment fees may be charged by the supplier(s) if applicable. Our Agency is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel related services and shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members. We make no guarantees regarding any aspect of the above confirmed reservation, as elements beyond our control may change components as deemed necessary. It is understood that you (client) are acting on behalf of all members of your travel party and will hold the above name agency harmless in any matter that may be covered by the Optional Travel Protection (OTP), or that is out of the agency’s control. It is strongly recommended that Optional Travel Protection is purchased to help cover such loses.
