We believe that travel is an experience to be shared.  But group leaders often find that organizing group travel can be time consuming and sometimes stressful.  That’s where we come in.  We do all of the work, planning, tracking bookings & payments, coordinating special requests with the cruise ship, tour company or resort, distributing travel documentation, arranging for group transportation, etc. which in turn allows all members of the group to truly enjoy the experience of travel - including you as the group leader!

What's required of you?

​As a group leader,  you need to decide on the type of travel you'd like to organize for your group.  Whether it's an all-inclusive resort, cruise, or land package, keep in mind requirements such as if airfare is required or can you drive to the destination?  Will passports be a requirement?  What dates do you want to travel, and what do you need to take into account when picking those dates (holidays, school schedules, ability to get time off work, etc.).   What types of perks / benefits to you have in mind to offer to group attendees/

What is considered a group?

It varies between suppliers, but often a group can be formed with as few as 10 – 16 travelers.  Some tour suppliers consider 5 people traveling together to be a group.

Also, based on supplier policy, group leaders can often earn complimentary or discounted travel.

Cruise or land based, large or small, we can help you with all of the details involved with planning your group’s travel.  Based on  your individual group’s needs we can:

• Manage all travel details  – this includes helping you select the right tour, resort or cruise, negotiating and confirming the group space, arranging for any special arrangements that your group requires, creating & tracking bookings & payments, providing group reports, distributing information & documentation as needed.
• Provide added value – when possible we can provide additional amenities to add value to the group.
• Coordination of special events – we can coordinate events prior to departure, during travel, and post travel based on your group’s needs.
• Create a dedicated group website – we can create a customized website just for your group, as an efficient way to share all of the necessary information with your group members.  We can also create an automated registration & booking form and payment system for your group.
• Marketing - it is your responsibility to promote your event, but we will provide you with marketing support, including webinars or in-person meetings if practical, and PDF flyers to distribute via email or newsletters to your mailing list.
• Support During Travel - depending on your individual event and group needs, we can have a representative accompany you on the event itself, to help with all travel management during the cruise, tour or at the resort.
