The package price is $450 per person, based on hotel double occupancy. Payment dates are as follows:
- $50.00 due at the time you sign up
- $150.00 due by Sept 15
- $150.00 due by Oct 15
- $100.00 due by Nov 15

The Nitty-Gritty

We have 30 spaces available in this group package. If more than 30 people are interested, we will work on getting additional hotel rooms and game tickets. However we cannot guarantee availability or price. Inclusion in the group will be strictly based on who pays the nonrefundable deposit first. We cannot hold spaces without payments. We can also start a wait list in the event that we have any cancellations.
Package pricing is based on double occupancy rooms at the hotel. If you would like a single occupancy room, add $150 to the package price. If anyone cancels and causes a room occupancy to change, the remaining roommate will have their package price adjusted accordingly.
Alcohol beverages will not be included in the post-game dinner, but it may be available to purchase individually.
All payments are nonrefundable. Any missed payments can result in you forfeiting your spot in the group.
Everyone is responsible for getting to and from DC on their own. We can provide information as needed (whether by plane, train or automobile). This will give everyone the flexibility to fly with their preferred airline, use reward miles if they wish, and provides flexibility for those wanting to extend before or after the group stay.
If anyone does want to extend their time in Washington, DC before or after the package dates, we are happy to assist with those plans.
