Penalty Box Radio Winter Classic Road Trip

We are hitting the road once again!!!

Join Justin Bradford and Penalty Box Radio once again as they hit to road for the 2020 Winter Classic, as the Nashville Predators take on the Dallas Stars.

The PENALTY BOX RADIO WINTER CLASSIC package price includes:

• 2 nights hotel room in Dallas (double occupancy)
  
• admission to the Penalty Box Radio New Year’s Eve Party with food, drinks, music & special guests!!! 
• Goodie bag, gifts, and NYE party door prizes 
• Game ticket to the Winter Classic on Jan. 1, 2020 

We have a TENTATIVE package price of $750 per person based on hotel room double occupancy.

Don't need game tickets?  Our MINI PACKAGE includes:

• 2 nights hotel room in Dallas (double occupancy)

This package price is $400 per person based on hotel room double occupancy.

Also, for anyone doing the package, we’ll be throwing in more items as they get confirmed (i.e. probably 2 drink tickets per person for the NYE party, etc.) You know Justin, he won’t disappoint!!!

Transportation between Nashville & Dallas: charter bus or group airfare will be optional, and separate from the core package (of hotel, party & game). We will probably be ready next week to start taking reservations / deposits for charter buses. Group airfare in Southwest Airlines will be addressed when those dates are open for booking, so probably in a few months.

Note:  if you want to take the charter bus, we will need to add a 3rd hotel night to your package (the bus will depart Nashville on Dec 30 and return on Jan 2).

Caveat #1: we do not have game ticket pricing yet, so the package price above includes what we are ESTIMATING for the game tickets based on some solid information we’ve received from other teams that have previously participated in the Winter Classic. We are possibly over estimating, and there’s a slim chance we are under estimating. We’ll likely have ticket prices confirmed by August and will make adjustments to the package pricing then if we need to do so.

Deposit Needed: We need a $105 per person NONREFUNDABLE deposit now. This includes a payment processing fee; $100 will be credited to the $750 per person package price. Right now we’re on a tight schedule and we can’t wait for checks to arrive, and can’t hold any spots waiting for payments. For future payments if you want to pay by check, we can arrange for you to do so.

This deposit locks in the hotel and New Year’s Eve party deposits that Penalty Box Radio needs to make pronto. When we get actual game ticket availability & pricing in August, we’ll make adjustments to the package pricing if necessary. The $105 is nonrefundable, under any circumstances. But we are allowing group spots & payments to be transferable up to Oct 31. So if you can’t get the time off work, if life circumstances change & you can’t go, or for whatever reason, if you can find someone to go in your place we can transfer your group spot to them and arrange for them to reimburse you for anything you have paid to that point.

Travel Insurance:  We highly recommend travel insurance, in order to cover the unexpected. Note that travel insurance is not transferable.

Caveat #2: once the full packages are booked & deposited, we will look at our availability. If we have the capacity then we’ll offer party only tickets.

Note: Once the hotel room spots are gone, if we still have room in the NYE party we will offer party admission pricing to those folks getting their own rooms & tickets.

Game tickets: Both the Stars and the Preds group sales managers feel confident that we won’t have an issue getting the tickets that we’ll need. However, in the off chance that we can’t, we will first approach STHs and see if they’d be willing to get their own tickets, and leave our group tickets for non-STHs. In the absolute off chance that we can’t get enough tickets, any one that has pre-paid for tickets can get that refunded. We will not be able to refund the party, hotel, bus or airfare costs (but again, all of that is transferable up until Oct 31).

Payment Schedule: right now we are planning to work around STH recommitments & play-off games, so I’m anticipating monthly payments of $130 per person starting June 15 with the final payment Oct 15. If anyone wants to start making payments earlier and spreading them over more months, or to pay off early, we can accommodate that.
