Road Trippin' Time!!!

​Penalty Box Radio and Ships 'N' Trips Travel are once again partnering together to bring you a fan experience to remember!

​We are planning a 2021 road trip to Milwaukee to watch the Admirals (prospects) play on Sat. Nov 6. Then we'll travel to Chicago to watch our beloved Nashville Predators (pros) as they face off with the Chicago Blackhawks on Sun. Nov 7.

• Flight from Nashville to Milwaukee evening of Fri Nov 5 - hopefully you won't have to miss work that day
• Private bus transfer from Milwaukee airport to hotel
• Charter bus from Milwaukee to Chicago morning of Nov 7

• Flight from Chicago to Nashville morning of Mon Nov 8, arriving home around 10am so you won't have to take a full day off of work

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommended travel insurance.  The cost of travel insurance is based on traveler's age & total travel costs.

Travel insurance payment is due within 14 days of your first deposit payment.

BOOKING INFO

Here's the hard part: we don't have all the pricing yet, but we have to lock in the group airfare contract with Southwest Airlines by Friday August 6th.

If you'd like to go, and are willing to put up a $50 per person nonrefundable deposit** by Thu Aug 5, you can secure your spot. We'll post complete package pricing as soon as we have it.

The $50 deposit can be paid by check or PayPal's "friends & family" to avoid fees ... if you'd like to pay by credit card there will be a 5% credit card processing fee.

**if you change your mind once pricing is posted, the deposit is NONrefundable, but it is transferable. So if we have someone else wanting to go, they can go in your place and reimburse you for the $50 deposit.

PRICING
We are still waiting on pricing for several items, like game tickets.  Without all of the component prices, we don't have an exact price yet, but we're estimating this will be around  $1,300 per person based on double occupancy.
