Travel Dates

We have our room inventory blocked from check in on July 15, 2023 to check out on July 20, 2023.  

We can add up to 3 nights before or after our dates (checking in as early as July 12, and checking out as late as July 23) based on availability.  If you're interested, please indicate your desired check-in and check-out dates on the booking form, and we'll contact you with pricing & availability information. 

Please note that our group cocktail party and semi-private dinner will only take place sometime during our original date frame, and we won't have exact dates from the resort for these activities until Spring 2023.

Room Inventory

We have a limited block of rooms.  Once we fill our room allotment, we'll start a wait list.  If you'd prefer a room category we're not holding in inventory, please note it on the booking form and we'll get you pricing based on availability. 

Maximum occupancy is 3-4 people per room (2-3 adults 13 years or older, and 1 child) based on available bedding.

Preferred Club Junior Suite Garden View
Spacious and luxurious Junior Suite featuring one king-size or two double beds and balcony with a hot tub that displays beautiful garden views. These suites are fully equipped with separate shower, hydro tub and double vanity sinks, including superior amenities: mini-bar refreshed daily, coffee maker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, electronic safe, satellite cable TV, plus DVD player*, worktable with phone extension  and internet access, scale, turn down service, hair dryer, air-conditioning with individual control and 24-hour room service. These suites are located between 2nd & 3rd floor at Dreams Main Tower.

Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View.  
​Located in the Preferred Club Tower between 4th & 8th floor this suite offers one king-size or two double beds. Private terrace with breathtaking ocean views and private hot tub. Fully equipped with in-room soaking tub, separate shower and double vanity sinks. Featuring superior amenities including mini-bar refreshed daily, coffee maker, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, electronic safe, satellite cable TV, plus DVD player*, worktable with phone extension and internet access, scale, turn down service, hair dryer, air-conditioning with individual control, armoire, iPod dock, vanity mirror and 24-hour room service.

Additional Costs

The following are not included in the room pricing. We can help with arranging airfare, private airport transfers, off-property sightseeing tours, etc.  Please let us know how we can assist you.

• Roundtrip airfare to Puerto Vallarta (we do have round trip group airfare available from Nashville 7/15-7/20) 
• Roundtrip airport transfers between the Puerto Vallarta airport and resort ($40 per person round trip)
• Travel insurance including trip cancellation, trip interruption, trip delay, lost/delayed baggage & personal effects, emergency medical expenses, emergency evacuation, etc. 
• Optional off-property sightseeing tours (ask us for a list of available options)
• Spa treatments
• Shopping
• Incidentals 

Deposits and Payment Information

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is payable directly to Ships 'N' Trips Travel.  Payment options include check or money order, Venmo, or credit/debit card.

Additional Payments

Room payments (after deposit) will be processed directly by Classic Vacations Group.  They can accept debit/credit cards, with no additional processing fee.

Final payment is due no later than April 15, 2023.

Effective April 15, 2023 all payments are 100% nonrefundable.
